If you’ve always wanted to learn to dive, this is where it starts. The PADI Open Water Diver course is the world’s most popular and widely recognized scuba course. Millions have learned to dive with this course, and most dive shops around the world recognize this certification for equipment rentals and dive charters. Experience unparalleled adventure and see the world beneath the waves.
Knowledge Development can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to complete, depending on how proactively you study the materials. Once you have completed the online coursework, you will begin 2-3 days of in-water training. You’ll begin your course getting comfortable with assembling dive equipment and practicing skills in a confined water environment. After you have mastered the skills in confined water, it’s time to take your skills to the open ocean! Your first day of open water dives will be completed from shore. Your next day of diving will be done from one of our boats for a total of 4 open water dives. Upon completion of your last dive, you will officially be a PADI Open Water Diver.
We offer Open Water Diver courses based on demand, so please contact us with specific dates to check availability. We can then schedule the 2-3 days needed for your in-water skills. Upon registering we will direct you to complete your knowledge development through PADI eLearning and to review the PADI Medical Statement.
You must complete your confined water portion at your local dive shop prior to arriving on the island, and our dive shop will conduct your open water portion in our beautiful Hawaiian water! Ask about our referral program! Upon registering we will direct you to review the PADI Medical Statement.
The eLearning portion of the course is $174 payable directly to PADI.
Private instruction referral rate is $325 per person. $225 per person in groups of 3 or more.

“I've wanted to do this for years and it was as amazing as I had hoped. We were in the water for 45-60 minutes, with mantas right beneath us nearly the whole time, gracefully looping and over and over, often coming within a foot (or closer!)”Read our reviews
